Lots of chapters recently had big/little or are having it soon. This is my far my favorite time of the year, I love guessing the new pairs. So of course I have lots of questions for you!
- What your favorite way to do reveal?
- Do your Bigs know who they have ahead of time?
- Does your chapter allow taking multiples at the same time?
- How are the pairs matched? Little’s choice, an older group makes up pairs, mutual selection?
One of my favorite ways was to do matching socks, and have the littles lined up behind a tarp or a blanket with their feet showing. The bigs would think come in and find the socks that matched theirs.
In my chapter, the Bigs know who they have ahead of time, the little’s don’t find out until the reveal, and yeah, we allow multiples at a time, if there’s enough littles. We have little “speed dating” meetings where the bigs get to know the littles, and then rank the ones they would like the most. From there, the VPAA team chooses them.
This is my spirit animal.
I feel like every chapter has cuter t-shirts than mine…
